X. Experimentation
The experimentation constitutes the fourth part of the AVE project; at this stage of the project each country has to test the portfolio proposed among the association. The portfolio is experimented among the volunteers having a representative experience in volunteering and willing to use this experience to come back on the labour market. The main goal of the experimentation is to propose a common basis of analysis both for volunteers and associations. The following elements appear:
- Presentation and aims of the association
- Presentation and aims of the volunteer
- Competences acquired and developed and the level of experience reached
- synthesis documents and certificates provided (CV, the training received, ...);
- strategies foreseen by the people responsible for human resources to use the portfolio
- A letter by the association accepting the use of the portfolio
- an assessment and proposals made by each of the seven countries .
